EDEN Organic Kamut Penne is hollow tube pasta with ridge cuts on the surface and diagonal cuts on both ends. Penne is Italian for ‘quill.’ The ends of the penne resemble the end of a quill ink pen. In Italian, Penne rigate means penne with ridges.
