Shipping & Returns
|Orders are shipped from our distribution centers in Clinton, Mich., and Fremont, Calif. We offer a variety of shipping options for most orders. Please select the method that best suits your needs.
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours only. We do not ship, nor does FedEx deliver, on weekends or holidays.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you would like your order shipped to a PO Box or Armed Forces Stations with US ZIP Codes (APO/FPO), please select United States Postal Service during checkout.
Please ensure that all shipping information is current and correct. Any packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur a second shipping charge. Refunds for packages that are returned because of incorrect information will be less the cost of shipping.
|Prompt Order Processing|
|Our goal is to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days of receiving it. Gift totes may require an additional day to prepare.|
|While expedited shipping methods are available, selecting upgraded shipping does not affect processing time. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. For example, an order placed on Friday with overnight shipping will leave our distribution center by Tuesday to arrive by Wednesday.|
|Shipping Rates FAQ|
|How are shipping rates calculated?|
|Shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order. Upon checkout a rate request is sent to our shipping partners who reply with their shipping rates, including our discounts. We do not add on a handling fee. For orders shipping to Canada, a Customs Brokerage fee applies. For more information, see our Taxes & Duties page.|
|Does Eden profit from shipping charges?|
|No, our goal is to charge only what it costs to deliver your order.|
|How can I save money on shipping?|
|Eden products are available in stores nationwide. If you cannot find a particular product locally, consider asking your co-op or grocer to order it for you. If they are unable to get the product through their distributors, they can order it directly via store.edenfoods.com.Much of the cost of shipping is in the first pound of the order. For light orders (e.g. tea, dried mushrooms), the cost of shipping may increase only slightly when you order in larger quantities. If you order frequently, you can save on shipping costs over time by combining your orders.|
|I live near your warehouse. Can I pick up my order?|
|Yes. If you'd like to pick up your order, please complete your purchase, and immediately contact our Customer Service department to make arrangements. We'll promptly remove the shipping fee.|

|We are confident of the quality, purity and value of our food and offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee: If any product does not meet your expectations you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange within 30 days of initial purchase. For returns, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-424-3336 and we will provide you with a return authorization number. |Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please notify Customer Service immediately. Be sure to save the damaged cartons and their contents in their original condition until your refund or replacement is arranged.|
