The Montmorency tart cherry is commonly known as the healing cherry or pie cherry. Eden Montmorency tart cherries are from organic family orchards along the east shore of northern Lake Michigan, an ideal tree fruit growing area due to the seasonal lake effect.

Tart Cherries are hand-sorted, pressed, lightly filtered, and bottled in dark amber glass to best protect its rich taste, bright color, and beneficial nutrients. Its slight cloudiness shows Eden Cherry Juice is pure, old-fashioned juice rich in tart cherry essence.

Eden Cherry Juice Concentrate is made from the same organic juice, which is dehydrated into a sweet-tart 68 Brix syrup. Montmorency tart cherries include beneficial antioxidants. Melatonin, kaempferol, isoqueritrin, perillyl, quercetin, ellagic acid, and 2.0 mg of anthocyanins per ounce to name a few. Mix 1 part concentrate to 6 to 7 parts water for beverages. Use the syrup on pancakes, waffles, hot & cold cereal, desserts, and baked goods. Great for mocktails. k
