These are by far the Best black beans. These beans are superior to others in quality, taste and nutrition. The skins stay on even when cooked too long and they are almost All perfect. I make Natto( Vit. K2) from these beans and intact skins are important. Mineral rich soil provides essential nutrition. Beans can be a very Glyphosate sprayed crop, sprayed just before harvest.
Sprayed beans are poison. I eat these beans in my meals
also and they taste great right out of the slow-cooker, nice and sweet even without salt. I've purchased these beans several times, and I highly recommend them.
