Organic Eden Whole Leaf Dulse is certified organic by Maine Organic Farmers and Gardens Association (MOFGA) and sustainably hand harvested from April through September. Dulsers use dories and harvest at low tide off coastal submerged rocks. The fronds are spread over nets on the beach to dry.
