For a delicious cup of traditional Japanese miso soup, add 8 oz. of hot water, stir, and allow to sit for about one minute.

Instant White Miso Soup - traditionally made organic shinshu rice miso, organic kuzu, silky cubes of organic tofu, and organic green onion (scallions) balance the flavor, add texture, and nutrients.
Instant Red Miso Soup - traditionally made with organic red and hacho miso. EDEN wakame flakes and organic green onions (scallions) balance, add richness, texture, and nutrients.
Freeze-drying best preserves this handmade miso soup's flavors and nutrients. Miso soup subtleties remain unaltered with only the water being removed to form the cube. No MSG, autolyzed yeast extract, or any other untoward chemical additives whatsoever. Both are Eden Tested Non-GMO.
